Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to the official respondents No. 1 to 5 to complete the investigation within a time frame and also to take appropriate legal action against the accused persons in FIR No. 84, dated 25.05.2024, under Sections 452, 354-B and 323 IPC read with Section 34 thereof, registered at Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits no action has been taken despite representations dated 24.08.2024 (Annexure P-8 and P-9) submitted to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Jalalabad, District Fazilka (respondent No. 4) and another representation dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure P-10) having been given to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka (respondent No. 3).

Keeping in view the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka (respondent No. 3) to ensure that the aforesaid representations dated 24.08.2024 and 10.09.2024 (Annexures P-8 to P-10) be decided within a period of 30 days from the date of the receipt of the certified copy of this order. 5.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
