Advocate General, Haryana. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioners have filed this petition for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 136 dated 21.06.2024 under Sections 148, 149, 195-A, 323, 324, 341, 326 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (Sections 195-A and 326 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Rampura, District Rewari.

Learned State counsel does not dispute that the petitioner has joined investigation in the crime in question. . 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation, the order dated 16.10.2024 passed by this Court granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is continued and confirmed on the same terms and conditions mentioned in the order. 4.
