Non-compliance of the order dated 08.01.2018 (Annexure P-1) has been alleged by the petitioner.

Short reply dated 18.06.2024, filed by way of an affidavit of Sh. Jitender Singh, District Elementary Education Officer, Panipat, on behalf of respondent No.1, is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance of the order dated 08.01.2018, passed in CWP-18242-2013 (Annexure P-1), the pay of the petitioner has been re-fixed vide order dated 17.05.2024 (Annexure R-1). It is not disputed that the petitioner has received the payment in terms of the said re-fixation order.

In such circumstances, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities by filing a representation within a period of one month from today, in case there is any grievance left.
