Gaurav Trading v. Food Corporation & ANR
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH
RA-RS-5-C of 2015 (O&M) in RSA No. 2966 of 2013 Date of Decision : 05.12.2016 Gaurav Trading Company, Ujhana ....Applicant
Versus
Food Corporation of India and another ....Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURINDER GUPTA
Present:
Mr. Arun Bansal, Advocate for the applicant-appellant.
Surinder Gupta, J.
CM-1175-C-2015 There is delay of 183 days in re-filing the review application. For the reasons stated in the application, which is supported by affidavit, the same is allowed and delay of 183 days in re-filing the review application is condoned.
RA-RS-5-C-2015 Heard.
Learned counsel for applicant-appellant submits that Rules 24 and 25 of Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets (General) Rules, 1962 have not been properly interpreted in judgment dated 06.05.2014 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court (Hon'ble Judge has since retired). He seeks review of the judgment on this score.
Submission by learned counsel for the applicant-appellant makes out no ground for review of judgment. In fact applicant-appellant wants to argue the case again on merits.
I find no reason to recall judgment dated 06.05.2014. This review application has no merit.
Dismissed.
