RA-CP-4-2016 & CA-613-2016 The learned counsel representing the review applicant admits that the review of the order dated 02.09.2016 passed in Company Petition No.64 of 2015, has been sought only on the ground that the matter is pending before the National Company Law Tribunal.

He admits that the National Company Law Tribunal has already dismissed the claim of the review applicant.

In view thereof, no ground to review is made out. Dismissed.
