  ***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (ORAL) Vide this petition quashing of the FIR no.197 dated 10.06.2018, under Section 452, 323, 506, 148 and 149 of the IPC, Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana has been sought.

Vide order dated 18.02.2020 of this court, a report was sought from the learned Ilaqa Magistrate/trial court with respect to the compromise between the parties.

A report of the learned JMIC, Ludhiana, dated 08.08.2022 has been received, as per which the statements of the parties were never recorded in the present case.

In view of the above, there is no merit in this petition, which is consequently dismissed.
