NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Present petition, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been filed with a prayer to transfer the petition, titled as "Guramneet Singh Mangat v. Jyoti Chaudhary", filed by the respondent-Guramneet Singh Mangat under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, from the Court of learned Additional District Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali (Punjab), to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Gurgaon (Haryana).

During course of arguments, learned counsel for the parties, after taking instructions from their respective clients, have PRASHANT KAPOOR 2015.07.03 17:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

TA-761-2014 (O&M) agreed that the above-stated petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, be transferred to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Sessions Division, Sonipat.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the considered view that the case titled as "Guramneet Singh Mangat v. Jyoti Chaudhary", pending adjudication before learned Additional District Judge, Mohali (Punjab), be transferred to the Board of learned District Judge, Sonepat (Haryana) for trial in accordance with law. Learned District Judge, Sonepat, may retain the case on his own Board or assign the same to any other Court of competent jurisdiction within Sonepat.

Learned Additional District Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali (Punjab) shall send the complete record of the case titled as "Guramneet Singh Mangat v. Jyoti Chaudhary", to the office of learned District and Sessions Judge, Sonepat (Haryana), immediately.

The parties to the lis are directed to appear before learned District Judge, Sonepat, on 3.8.2015, at 10:00 a.m., for further proceedings.

The present petition stands disposed.
