(Oral) Present petition has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.PC for issuance of directions to the official respondents for a fair and expeditious investigation in FIR No.632 dated 28.11.2018 under Sections 120-B, 409 and 420 IPC registered at Police Station Model Town, Rewari and FIR No.633 dated 28.11.2018 under Sections 120-B, 409 and 420 IPC registered at Police Station Model Town, Rewari.

Learned counsel for the State, at the outset, on instructions from ASI Vijender Singh submits that nothing survives in the present petition as Investigating Officer has concluded its investigation and presented the Cancellation Report before the jurisdictional Court on 25.07.2024 and as such, the same is pending consideration before the Court concerned. He further submits that the petitioners have a remedy to pursue their grievance before the Court concerned.

3. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. However, petitioners are at liberty to invoke the alternate remedy as may be available to them in accordance with law.
