(Oral) This application seeks to recall the order dated 16.05.2016 whereby the petitioner's writ petition was dismissed and rejection of her nomination papers were upheld. Recall of the order is sought on the ground that the State Election Commission has issued a circular dated 07.05.2016 whereunder disqualification of nomination papers rejected no longer subsists. Since the said circular was not brought on record, we do not find any ground to recall the order dated 16.05.2016 though the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the authorities for reconsideration of her candidature, if so permissible in terms of the above-stated circular.

Disposed.

Let a copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner under the signatures of the Bench Secretary.
