Plaintiff-Rajinder Kaur is in second appeal against concurrent judgments passed by both the Courts below whereby her claim for share in the property of Raghbir Singh son of Bhagat Singh on the premise that the plaintiff was first and legally wedded wife was dismissed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr.Div.)Patti vide judgment and decree dated 26.10.2015 and the findings thereof duly affirmed by learned District Judge, Taran Taran vide judgment and decree dated 8.12.2016.

It has been recorded that the plaintiff has failed to prover her marriage with Raghbir Singh whereas she herself has admitted marriage of one Sharanjit Kaur with Raghbir Singh, defendant and suit property having develoved upon successor-in-interest of Sharanjit Kaur.
