**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) It appears that during the proceedings, a settlement had been arrived at between the parties that the respondent-husband would buy a house for the petitioner-wife and his two sons. However, no consensus could be arrived at about the nature of the property to be bought. Respondent-husband has decided to pay ` 70 lacs to the petitioner to buy house of her choice. This proposal is acceptable to the petitioner. A demand draft No.222222 dated 22.08.2016 for a sum of ` 70 lacs has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner in court today. A photocopy thereof has been taken on record as Mark 'A'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied with the amount and submits no further claim shall be raised. He may, thus, be allowed to withdraw the present petition as no cause of action survives.
