RAJIVE BHALLA, J (Oral) The appellant challenges order dated 18.02.2014 (Annexure A-5), passed by the Haryana VAT Tribunal.

Counsel for the parties agree that the controversy in the present appeal is covered in favour of the assessee, by judgment of a Division Bench passed in VAT Appeal No.134 of 2013 (M/s A.R.Plastic Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Haryana and others).

In view of the statement made by counsel for the parties, the impugned order is set aside and the appeal is allowed in terms of judgment passed in VAT Appeal No.134 of 2013 (M/s A.R.Plastic Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Haryana and others).
