The present appeal pertains to the year 2018 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing inasmuch as notice of motion is yet to be issued. None appeared on behalf of the appellants on 14.11.2022 and the case was adjourned to 22.05.2023. On 22.05.2023 again none appeared on behalf of the appellants. Thereafter the matter was adjourned on a couple of dates by order. On 24.11.2023 yet again none appeared on behalf of the appellants and the case was adjourned to 03.04.2024. On 03.04.2024 once again none appeared on behalf of the appellants and the case was adjourned to today. Today again, despite the matter being called twice since morning, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 2.
