The instant petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to the Trial Court to expeditiously dispose of his application bearing No.CRM/347/2022 dated 21.3.2022 (Annexure P-3), wherein a prayer has been made by him so as to seek release of purchase file and sale file or to furnish him complete copies of the said documents as he requires the same for filing his Income Tax Returns.
