The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to the respondents not to allot paddy to respondents No.8 to 12.

The petitioner is disputing allocation of paddy to private respondents on the ground that there is manipulation of documents with respect to ownership of the rice mill. The petitioner has preferred representation to the respondents-authorities. 3.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner vide email has received a communication from respondents to the effect that matter is under consideration. 4.

Learned State counsel submits that an appropriate order would be passed expeditiously.

In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, the petition stands disposed of.
