**** Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants having challenged the order dated 17.03.2017 passed in compliance to the directions issued by this Court in CWP No.22964 of 2011 dated 04.09.2013 by filing a separate writ petition bearing No.6650 of 2017, he may be permitted to withdraw the present application as the applicants will pursue the other writ petition for relief prayed for. Ordered accordingly.

On the last date of hearing i.e. 11.07.2018, on account of absence of the Land Acquisition Collector, Gurugram in Court, cost of `10,000/- was imposed, to be paid by him personally. Today, Mr. Naurang Rai, Land Acquisition Collector, Gurugram, is present in person in Court and submitted that when the order was passed on 21.03.2018 directing the Land Acquisition Collector, Gurugram to be present in person in Court, he was not the Land Acquisition Collector, Gurugram as he had joined later on. The order regarding his appearance in Court was not conveyed to him by the office. Keeping in view the aforesaid fact, the Registry is directed to refund the amount of `10,000/- deposited as cost by him personally.
