(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.131 dated 14.06.2022, registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana. Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Rashpal Singh, has raised an objection that the matter is still under investigation, therefore, the present petition is pre-mature in view of judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in "Niharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Vs. State of Maharashtra and others", 2021 SCC (Online) SC 315.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of, at this stage, being pre-mature.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh petition after the challan/report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., is presented before the trial Court.
