C.M. Nos.3024-25-LPA-2015 in/and R.A. No.60 of 2015 in L.P.A. No.1179 of 2009 Chander Shekher and others v. State of Haryana and others. Present:- Ms.Kirti Singh, D.A.G. Haryana for the applicants. --- No ground for review is made out.

The review-applicants' plea that the writ-petitioners were never selected to the post of J.B.T.Teacher and were non-applicants even for the post of Primary Teachers, was a fact never pleaded by the review-applicants either before the Writ Court or before the L.P.A. Bench.

In fact, we feel that there has been an obstruction in the course of justice by withholding the correct information from the Court. In any eventuality, we do not want to dilate on this aspect of the matter considering the fact that vide order dated 25.3.2016, the claim of the applicants has been considered and rejected and the petitioners would have the remedy before the Court in appropriate proceedings.

We, therefore, dismiss the review application with liberty to the applicants to have recourse to their remedies in the law. Besides, there is an inordinate delay of 1263 days in filing the review application which also we do not intend to condone.
