Stand taken by the respondents as per affidavit filed by Harpreet Singh, Assistant Director, Education Recruitment Directorate, Department of School Education, Punjab SAS Nagar, reads as under: "3.

That in this regard, it is hereby submitted that the office of the answering respondent has written to the Director School Education (Secondary) Punjab (The Appointing Authority) vide letter dated 13.03.2024 for issuance of appointment letter to the petitioner. The translated copy of the above letter dated 15.03.2024 is annexed herewith as Annexure R-1." 3.

Counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to the revised result, the appointment letter has been issued. 4.

In view of the statement made by counsel for the respondent, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition. The same is accordingly, disposed off.
