The present revision petition has been preferred against the assessment of provisional rent vide order dated 03.04.2023. In the interregnum, as per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Bhiwani, in the main rent petition the eviction of the petitioner had been ordered and the file had been consigned to the record room vide order dated 18.04.2023, which was the next date fixed in the impugned order for payment of provisional rent, and the petitioner has been directed to handover the vacant possession within one month from the passing of the order. 2.

Today the case has been called twice. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.
