NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for setting-aside the impugned Resolution dated 04.12.2008 (Annexure P-5). Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents not to retire the petitioners on attaining the age of 58 years in view of Rule 11 of the Service Rules, 1991. Another prayer has been made to stay the operation of the impugned resolution dated 30.01.2009 (Annexure P-6), impugned order dated 10.02.2009 (Annexure P-7) and impugned order dated 03.09.2024 (Annexure P-8) and orders dated 12.09.2024 (Annexures P-9 and P-10).

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh one, on the same cause of action, with better particulars by giving details of service particulars of the petitioners viz. date of appointment, post on which they were appointed, date of retirement, etc. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
