Dated Police Station Sections 21.04.2021 Sushant Lok 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC Seeking transfer of investigation in the above captioned FIR to some other Senior Police Officer(s), the petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that date of incident is 21.04.2021 and more than three years and nine months have passed but the investigation is still continue.

State counsel submits that a Special Investigation Team was constitued on 18.01.2024.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Investigator/SIT to conclude the investigation by 30.06.2025. The petitioner and his counsel be informed about the outcome of the investigation and the petitioner's counsel would supplying his e-mail ID to the State counsel or alternatively, the petitioner and his counsel be informed through digital mode like Whatsapp, E-mail, Signal, telegram or message etc.
