This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to complete the inquiry as mentioned by the petitioner in his representation dated 22.06.2023 (Annexure P-1) in view of letter dated 18.06.2024 (Annexure P-5).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the concerned department. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
