In view of the assessment of the market value of the acquired land of the respondents, certain amount has become payable to them by the Court. During the execution petition, the parties are in dispute over the correct calculation of the amount. The Court has ordered the petitioner to pay an amount of ₹24,22,241/- to the landowners. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner admits that there are calculation errors in the calculation submitted by the petitioner before the Executing Court.

In these circumstances, there is no ground to interfere with the order passed by the Executing Court. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner shall have liberty to file the correct calculation which will be considered by the Executing Court before ordering disbursement of the amount to the landowners.
