Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr. P.C. seeking direction for transfer of investigation to respondent No. 4 or any other independent agency in FIR No. 30 dated 04.10.2022, under Sections 21, 25, 27A of NDPS Act, 1985; Section 25 of Arms Act and Sections 42, 452A (sic.52-A) of Prison Act, registered at Police Station, State Special Operations Cell, Amritsar. (2) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all his pleas before learned trial Court as per law. (3) Ordered accordingly.
