CM-5445-C-2022 This is an application filed by appellants under Order 22 Rule 4 CPC seeking permission to add name of Soma Singh as legal representative of respondent No.1.

For reasons stated in the application, same is allowed. Amended memo of parties is taken on record. Registry to do the needful. CM-4862-C-2022 This is an application for disposal of main appeal modifying impugned judgment/ decree dated 29.02.2016 passed by learned trial Court as per compromise dated 16.05.2022 (Annexure A-3). For reasons stated in the application, copy of compromise dated 16.05.2022 (Annexure A-3) is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Civil Miscellaneous application stands disposed of, accordingly. Main case (O&M) At the outset, learned counsel for the appellants states that in view of compromise dated 16.05.2022 (Annexure A-3) appended with CM4862-C-2022, matter has been compromised between the parties. He further states that in view thereof, he is under instructions not to press the instant appeal and same is rendered infructuous.

Disposed of as compromised. Parties to remain bound by terms of the aforesaid compromise ibid.
