Petitioner has sought for issuance of directions in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents for allowing the petitioner to appear in the interview as his name was mentioned in the list of candidates called for interview for selection for the post of Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male) ESM BCA Category No.7 as per Advertisement No.1/2015. In pursuance to aforementioned, petitioner submitted an application before the last date and appeared in written examination against roll number. The result was declared vide Annexure P-3 whereby he had cleared the examination. It is contended that 19 candidates were called for interview, roll number of 18 candidates were there on one page while that of petitioner was on the next page due to which petitioner did not note down the date of interview to be held on 02.05.2018.

Partial result was declared on 05.08.2018 (Annexure P-5). In continuation of that, respondent no.2 again issued final result on 05.06.2019 and petitioner was surprise to find SAVITA KADIAN 2019.10.

CWP No.31149 of 2019 {2} out that earlier two candidates having specific roll numbers were selected from BCA Category in place of other candidates. Petitioner on 05.07.2019 requested the respondent for allowing him to appear for the interview and submitted a representation dated 05.07.2019 (Annexure P-7). I am of the view that request of the petitioner at this stage cannot be interfered, for, no explanation has come forth in not appearing for scrutiny of documents on 02.05.2018. Partial result was declared on 05.08.2018 whereas final result on 05.06.2019. The cause of action cannot be extended on account of final result. During all this period, petitioner has failed to give the cogent reasons, explanation or any request till declaration of final result, ibid.

No ground is made out for interference.

Dismissed.
