*** ARUN MONGA, J (ORAL) In compliance of the order dated 06.10.2023, status report by way of an affidavit on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 along with Annexures R-1/T and R-2/T has been tendered in course of hearing, which is taken on record. Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that parents of petitioner (detenues) are living happily with their younger daughter and son-in-law i.e. respondents No.4 and 5 with their own sweet will. There is no threat to their life and liberty as alleged by the petitioner. They are not being kept captive in any way and they are being looked after very well by them. He refers to para 6 of the reply already on record in this regard.

In view of the aforesaid, no further proceedings are warranted before this Court.

Disposed of accordingly.
