******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two patches of land of petitioner were acquired.

As per order dated 27.01.2014 passed in CWP No. 1316 of 2014, solatium and interest with regard to one patch of land was determined and paid. Regarding the other patch of land, the solatium and interest has been determined and a letter has been written to the National Highway Authority on 06.01.2020 to make the due payment. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the payment as due will be released in short duration after taking necessary permission. In view of submissions of learned counsel for the respondents, this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to make due payment to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today failing which the petitioner will be entitled to seek revival of this petition or to file fresh one, if so required.
