(ORAL) By way of present petition preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioner has sought quashing of impugned order dated 06.05.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur, whereby the bail of the petitioner was cancelled and non-bailable warrants of arrest were issued against the petitioner in case FIR No.108 dated 07.09.2019 registered under Sections 306 and 34 IPC at Police Station City II, Malerkotla District Sangrur.
