Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of order dated 09.10.2023, she has filed the necessary affidavit, however, due to certain objections, the same has not been listed. 2.

Status report by way of affidavit of Mr. Ashok Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Hisar-I, Hisar, has been filed by learned State counsel on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 in Court today, which is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

However, as per the status report submitted by learned State counsel, the statements of the respondents have duly been recorded and there is no threat perception.
