(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a directions to respondents No. 3 and 4, to investigate and inquire into the case FIR No. 105 dated 07.06.2023 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 323, 498-A, 406, 509 and 377 IPC at Police Station Jhansa, District Kurukshetra and take action against respondent No. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No. 3Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra to treat this petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and take a final decision on the same in a time bound manner.
