(ORAL) In the present case, the petitioner is seeking benefit of participation in the stray round of counselling in the all India quota after giving up the seat which he got in the third counselling from the State quota. Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2 has informed that the all India quota counselling has already been finalized on 30.09.2023. The petitioner has given a representation through e-mail dated 27.09.2023 (Annexure P-9). Since the petitioner's representation is still pending, respondent No. 2 is directed to pass a speaking order thereon within two weeks and inform the petitioner as well as this Court. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
