Instant revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the learned Additional District Judge, Jalandhar, to decide application, Annexure P-3, filed under Section 36(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Act") for staying the execution proceedings during the pendency of ARB-6212024, filed under Section 34 of the Act, which is pending since 14.08.2024, in a time bound manner.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned Additional District Judge, Jalandhar. 3.
