RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant revision petition has been filed impugning the order, dated 16.12.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda, whereby the petitioners have been charge-sheeted under Sections 379-B, 341, 324, 323, 506 read with Section 34 IPC in FIR No.97, dated 27.09.2021, under Sections 324, 323, 341, 506 and 34 IPC (offence under Section 379-B IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda. Alongwith the revision petition, an application has also been filed praying for condonation of delay of 195 days' in filing the present revision petition.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his pleas before the trial Court.

Allowed as prayed for.
