Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide last order dated 16.10.2025 the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the dispute between the parties has been resolved and the Settlement Agreement dated 14.11.2025 has been arrived at between the parties as per which; a) the appellant will withdraw the present Regular Second Appeal and execute sale deed in favour of the respondent on o r before 31.01.2026; b) On the date of execution of the sale deed the respondent shall pay a sum of Rs.10 lacs to Sh. Guru Sharan Anand Ashram Trust, Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur by handing over Demand Draft in favour of the said Trust on the date of execution of the sale deed.

Learned counsel for the appellant accordingly submits that in view of the same, the present appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. It is, however, submitted that in case, the respondent fails to comply with his part of the terms and conditions of the Settlement dated 14.11.2025, the appellant will be at liberty to revive the Regular Second Appeal.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same.

Ordered accordingly.

The present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

Needless to mention that both the parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement dated 14.11.2025. 7.

Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
