The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.382 dated 22.12.2019, under Sections 392 and 34 of IPC (Section 394 of IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Dabawali Sadar, Sirsa. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that name of the petitioner is not mentioned in the initial FIR. The complainant has mentioned the name of co-accused namely Loverpreet Singh @ Motu with the allegation that they have snatched an amount of Rs.20,000/- from the him after throwing the chilly powder. Learned counsel further contended that except the present case, no other case is pending against the present petitioner.

Mr. Aditya Pal Singla, AAG, Haryana, accepted the notice on behalf of the respondent-State and filed custody certificate of the petitioner, which is taken on record. CRM-M-46055-2025 -2already been completed; challan has been filed and the case is fixed before the trial Court for prosecution evidence. It is further submitted that the complainant has already been examined and as per the custody certificate, the petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2025. 5.

Heard.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case as the complainant has already been examined and there is no apprehension of tempering with the prosecution evidence; there is no material that the present petitioner is involved in some other criminal activity, this Court deems it a fit case to grant the concession of regular bail to the petitioner. 6.

Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing requisite bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate/Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned.
