Mr. Aman Dhir, DAG, Punjab, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that competent authority has considered claim of the applicant and found dues to the tune of Rs. 1,64,604/-. The said amount has been transferred in the account of the applicant, thus, the instant application has rendered infructuous.

Mr. R.K.Girdhar, Advocate expressed his inability to controvert the aforesaid fact.
