-'.*/ Counsel for the petitioner submits that after getting divorce from his first wife, petitioner performed marriage with respondent No.4Savita daughter of respondent No.5-Daulat Ram. After the said marriage respondents No.4 and 5 started harassing the petitioner and now have threatened to cause physical harm to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect his life and liberty from the hands of respondents No.4 and 5. However, counsel for the petitioner has admitted that till date no representation in this regard is filed by the petitioner to any police authority. Counsel for the petitioner further made prayer that necessary direction be given to the competent authority to consider and decide the representation, if any, filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks of its filing, in accordance with law.
