The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.116 dated 07.09.2019 registered under Sections 498-A, 323, 406, 506 IPC at Police Station Women Panchkula.

By an order dated 24.10.2019 while issuing notice of motion, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and had further directed her to join investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined investigation. 4.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State while submitting that the petitioner has joined investigation, would submit that goods/dowry articles that were brought before the IO were not accepted by the complainant.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.
