The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner and release the amount for the contract work done by him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the representations dated 19.04.2019 and 10.10.2019 (Annexures P-3 and P-4) have also been given by him to the concerned Authority, but no decision has been taken so far.

Mr. Sandeep Moudgil, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 4, on instruction from the Secretary, Municipal Committee, Nuh, has submitted that the present writ petition may be

Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that at this stage he would be satisfied if his representations dated 19.04.2019 and 10.10.2019 (Annexures P-3 and P-4) are decided in a time bound manner, by passing a speaking order.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representations (Annexures P-3 and P-4) submitted by the petitioner by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two months from today. If any amount is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall be released within a period of one month thereafter.
