Learned counsel submits that the petitioner had applied for appointment to the post of Ayurvedic Medical Officer pursuant to the Advertisement dated 21.06.2024, however has not been issued the roll number/admit card for pre-test. In this regard, representations dated 21.09.2024, Annexures P-4 and P-5, have been submitted however the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the same in a time bound manner.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Mamta Singla Talwar, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representations dated 21.09.2024, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
