This is an application filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for placing on record documents as Annexures A-1 to A-3. II.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that since the dispute between the concerned parties has been resolved before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, he does not wish to press the instant application, i.e., CRM-50095-2025, for placing on record the documents as Annexures A-1 to A-3. He, therefore, prays that the same be permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh petition for quashing of the FIR and other consequential proceedings on the basis of the settlement/agreement arrived at between the parties. III.

In view of the above, the instant application is disposed of as withdrawn. However, it shall be open to the concerned parties to file a fresh JAWALA RAM 2025.12.12 19:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-45448-2025 - 2 - quashing petition based upon the settlement/agreement arrived at before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Since the proposed documents sought to be placed on record through the instant application are in original, the registry shall return the same to learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners, if so requested, against proper receipt and by replacing them with photocopies of the said documents.

Instant petition has been filed by petitioner - Gurinder Walia for quashing of FIR No. 0019, dated 21.01.2025, under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC, registered at P.S. Division No.8, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) along with final report u/s 173 Cr.P.C. dated 18.04.2025 (Annexure P-12) presented u/s 420, 120-B of IPC, bearing No.CHI/1558/2025 and all consequential proceedings emanating out of Annexure P-1 & P-12, respectively.
