(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for issuance of directions to learned trial court to expedite the proceedings in the Criminal Complaint bearing registration No.CRM-432-2023 titled as Rohit Mittal Vs. Rajinder Singh and others registered on 20.07.2023. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before learned trial Court in accordance with law.
