**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of investigation of the case bearing FIR No.0441 dated 20.08.2024 under Section 103(1), 61 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 registered at Police Station Thanesar Sadar, District Kurukshetra (Annexure P-2) to some independent agency like CBI and for directing respondent No.1 for getting the investigation of the case aforesaid FIR conducted from some higher and impartial officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to take appropriate remedial measures including approaching the competent authority seeking his grievances redressed as per law.

Prayer is accepted.
