Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., prayer is made for quashing of:- (i) FIR No.25 dated 06.01.2023 (Annexure P-1), under Section 174-A of the IPC, registered at P.S. Civil Lines Sirsa, District Sirsa; and (ii) impugned order dated 12.09.2024 (Annexure P-6), whereby the learned Magistrate concerned has dismissed the application (Annexure P-5) for implementation of the order dated 14.11.2023 (Annexure P-4), as became passed by this Court upon CRM-M37882-2023. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to institute an appropriate application, thereby seeking review/ recalling of the order dated 14.11.2023.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
