(ORAL) The present petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 01.08.2023 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sirsa, Camp at Ellenabad whereby the application for grant of interim maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the respondents was partly allowed and the interim maintenance of Rs.2,500/- p.m. to each of the respondents was granted from the date of filing of the application alongwith litigation expenses of Rs.3,000/-.

Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter has been adjourned twice i.e. on 20.01.2024 and 24.01.2024. On 20.01.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and on 24.01.2024, the case was adjourned on request of learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel are not interested in pursuing the present petition.
