(ORAL) The appellant has preferred the present appeal against the order dated 26.09.2023, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court for trial of offence under POCSO Act, Nuh, dismissing the bail application filed by the appellant in case FIR No. 231 dated 20.11.2022 registered under Sections 363, 366A, 376, 384, 120-B, 506 and 201/34 IPC; Sections 4 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 3(2)(VA) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Rojka Meo.
