COCP-2197-2014 As per the reply, the order has been complied with and the amount due to the petitioner on account of arrears of salary, pension, difference in leave encashment/DCRG/ Commutation of pension has already been paid and thereafter the difference in salary, which was still pending has also been paid.
In this view of the matter, the contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondent stands discharged. However, in case there is any discrepancy, the petitioner is at liberty to file a representation within four weeks from today and in case the MEENU 2019.04.01 10:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
