Present review application has been moved with the plea that applicant-respondent was not heard before transfer of the same. I find no ground to interfere in the review application. Trial of the case may have made some headway by now. In any case, court would endeavor to conclude the proceedings expeditiously. There is, thus, no ground to interfere in impugned order.
